As a former tech executive, Alicia spent 15+ years leading marketing efforts at startups. While gathering all those skills, she was quietly wondering if her work could make a greater positive impact on the world. (Turns out, it can!)

Now, she partners with mission-driven organizations on strategic storytelling, grant writing, and marketing that connects the dots between vision and execution. She’s especially good at bringing a fresh perspective, asking the right questions, and getting things done with clarity and calm.

A lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast (two-time Oregon State Tennis Champion and four-time NCAA Division III All-American), Alicia brings a competitive spirit, team mindset, and serious follow-through to everything she does. She’s known for working quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing thoughtfulness or quality.

A proud Portlander, she loves the outdoors, learning new skills, reading great books, and winning at trivia (or at least landing the clutch answer at the last second). And if you want to get straight to her heart, peanut butter M&Ms should do the trick.
