Rachel is the glue that holds the JLL team together. She keeps the wheels turning, the inboxes in check, projects on track, and the vibes high! With over 20 years of experience in team management, local government, customer service and project management, she brings a deep well of knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and a true passion for helping others shine!

At Just Look Left, Rachel is Elaine’s trusted right-hand gal. She keeps the boss (and the whole team) organized, manages client accounts, smooths out internal systems, handles all-things-admin, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She’s the calm in the chaos, the ultimate cheerleader, the first to offer help, and somehow always knows what’s needed...even if it's just a funny GIF or joke to keep the team smiling.

Rachel was born and raised in Oregon, currently residing in Beaverton, where she lives with her husband and three amazing kiddos. When she’s not keeping JLL running smoothly, you’ll find her chasing sunshine, adventuring outdoors, learning from life's greatest teachers (her kids), capturing life through her camera lens, and diving into all kinds of creative projects. She’s a deep thinker, a big feeler, a daydreamer, and a believer in everyday magic. Most of all, she loves spending time with the people who make her heart the happiest.
